Yes, they're moving to natural gas and thats a good thing except when they're having to do it because your political allies won't let them do anything else.

Khosla and other venture capitalists made a bundle off of corn ethanol. Government mandates created the industry and they got their money out via IPO's (example: Verasun). Now they've moved onto new things like cellulosic ethanol, wood chips, whatever, leaving an industry dependent on ever-increasing government support to survive. The same pattern will be followed, the VC's will get pol's to mandate use and get their money out while the taxpayers will be left to prop things up.

We've covered this before:

Here's a couple of examples of high tech R&D but so far no government money is being spent ..... though I suppose in time, if successful they'll benefit from the mandates your political allies will erect:

You present us with a false choice: continue burning fossil fuels or move to clean energy

Thanks for confirming you're against fossil fuels per se. BTW RU, like Madame Pelosi, thinking natural gas isn't one?

The choice between burning fossil fuels and having clean energy is an unnecessary choice.

Instead of your hysterical claims that "the world will end if we invest in clean energy"

This is rich. Its you and your allies who are saying the world will end if we burn more fossil fuels.

embrace the all of the above approach that more pragmatic people are embracing.

Another lie. You ally yourself with a movement thats opposed to 'all the above', and instead pushes for solar and wind only.
