What a crock. Canada's health was nationalized in 1984, Sarah Palin was 20 in 1984, which means that Canada's health system was not a socialist system. When it was it may have been better in Whitehorse than Skagway. Sarah was trying to politely convey that Canada had a good health system that American's would use if nearby. Now they don't.
