It's a violation of basic gun safety. Know your target and what is beyond. But mistaking a man for a coyote almost makes one wonder if something else wasn't going on there like some game law violations that these folks didn't want to pay the fine on.

We just had one of our local wardens honored. Shot a bank robber last year saving a county sheriff and he was also the guy that captured the Hmong hunter that killed the hunters a few years ago. Having extra armed people around with proper training isn't a bad thing IMO.

Why in the hell do we even need states (not to mention the Constitution):
