Now I am not at all in favor of people having to get a "breeding license" before they are allowed to procreate... but in short-stuff's case I might have to reconsider my views for the sheer benefit it might bring to humanity.... <GGG>

But I'm sure that (in your mind anyway) people just CRAVE to over pay for stuff.
