BC, like the credit card companies.

congress lauds themselves for "protecting the customer" from these banks while the "customer" is paying 30-40% interest rates and can have the whole balance come due if they are late on a single payment or the bank decides they may not want to pay any more.

plus attorney's fees.

congress protected card holders.
