Wow, this is a good lesson for me to word my responses carefully. I saw the manufacturing process back around 1988/1989 and was then, and I am still, impressed with the PRODUCT. The reference to the "coaster" was only meant to reflect that I am still enamored with the PRODUCT, so much so that I keep a sample around my desk. The management back then was different and obviously pursuing a different approach than today. But the PRODUCT is, to me, an engineering marvel.
