BG,

DCI received 9 million big ones just for the contract to sell the phone cards at the 55,000 outlets in and around London. They retained the right to sell their pre paid cellular phones at the same outlets. Joe always felt the cellular phones had more profit than the cards. This contract was for the UK outlets only and does not apply to CardCall Canada. If SMARTALK would pay 9 million for the UK outlets then the contract in Canada has got to be worth almost twice as much. I am beginning to think that all of the parts of DCI could be worth approximately 150 million or $15.00 per share if it was broken up. I can't help but believe Joe will use this money to expand DCI UK and CyberFax.

Best Regards

Not True, the following is a paragraph in the 8-k.

A non-compete clause in the agreement will preclude DCI or its
subsidiaries from engaging in the prepaid phone card products business in the UK for a period of seven years.
