some repositioning: Out: D (valuation), OTE (swingtrade play) In WMKQ (Wamu preferred), ES (follow GRSPIN) WAMKQ - the recent ruling determines the floor for the Wamu preferred and it better than zero. Some folks I follow think the settlement is at least 10% of nominal, which would be 2.5$/share for WAMKQ. I bought at 1.3X$ today so it seems like a decent return potential. I continue to add to some dinky small cap bank stocks. i won't post them here since their volume is so low. I sold off one little critter after > 50% gain.
