I can't imagine a surer contrarian indicator of long-term general market direction, period. Groupthink - collective stupidity - captured in a single chart. Really lends credence to the idea that this is a "2" or "B" high, ala Prechter.

PS: Oh, I forgot, zero isn't really the lower bound for that number, is it, since they'll all start levering up to get 110% invested before too long...
