Good grief! Of course not, and I'm absolutely certain that I didn't suggest that it was. The thought never crossed my mind. What in the world are you going on about?

All I wrote was that I recently became aware that Americans have used Canadian medicare for free and then I asked how that was possible? I would not have thought it possible. I would have thought you'd need a Canadian medicare card to get other than emergency care.

Your rant on Palin isn't remotely responsive to my question. Whatever set you off on that tangent, it could not reasonably have been my simple question.
