Sounds strong and smart.

Keep it straight up and completely transparent.

These sharpies get it so complex that no one wants to venture in the water and it becomes counterproductive to capital formation.

Hedge funds should be regulated and if not they should be banned. A lot of the U.S. financial difficulties have been caused, either directly or indirectly, by hedge funds and all of the complex trading instruments that place emphasis on quick turnover trades instead of actual investing. The more complex things are the more difficult they are to manage.
