This is why we have a balance of powers in America, in the United States of America, to protect the rights and freedoms of this great nation----a balance of power between the States, the Congress and the Executive Branch. This is exactly 72% of all states with legislation being considered to thwart the use of communism by the Executive Branch of the Federal Government. Mr. Obama, the titular President of the USA, is grasping for power, much as the communist rulers of other nations have grabbed for power. He has no understanding of why this great nation was founded------in fact he did not even know that there were not 57 states in the USA. Americans, came from Europe to escape the tyranny of the despots who threw citizens in jail, or transported them for what they deemed offenses against the Crown and governing classes. Mr. Obama is following the same route if he succeeds in implementing mandates such as in his Obamacare------he is enslaving all of America with his rules---his mandates. He is attempting to grab power from the people,to control the people and to enslave all American Citizens. Good for the 72% of the States considering legislation or actions via their Executives to put to rest this power grab by him, Pelosi, Reid and his Czars.
