Obama made history while criticizing the USSC in his SOTU address, while simultaneously misrepresenting what the decision held.

To believe that Obama once taught constitutional law is like believing in the Easter bunny.

"Supreme Court Chief Justice: Scene at State of Union Was ‘Very Troubling’"

Of course he does. He is an elitist. It is routine for a president to chastise those who does something he doesn't like. And they don't get an opportunity to respond until later. Why should this Supreme Court be exempted?

They keep saying "while the Supreme Court must sit there expressionless" except that's not what happened. Alito made a face and said something under his breath.

And when did the USSC become royalty....beyond reproach?
