Then why do wealthy Americans go to Switzerland for cancer treatment? Why do they go to Brazil for cosmetic surgery? We aren't the best just because we say so. We have great medical research, but the researchers do not usually treat patients or run the hospitals, not even for the wealthy.

I don't disagree with your conclusion. Better to scrap Obamacare(U go Dennis K!) and start over or just leave it as is.
