Don't forget to offset the higher tax rate with higher profit margins.

The company and Morgan Stanley reported that they expect margins to go from something like 38% to approx. 45% in 1998.

Taxes will go from 25%(?) to 37(%).

Also, need to look at tax credits etc... to offset higher tax bracket.

I'd MUCH RATHER have a companies profit margin increase and tax bracket increase than blah blah blah... :-)
