Bill; I agree 'tis the time for bottom fishing, but what is not a little worrisome is the time horizon for the stocks to run up.

It is not unlike telling lost sailors whose ship is engulfed by ice in the Arctic that equilibrium and entropy considerations favour the liquid state of water. The trouble is when will the ice melt? How long will it take?

You gotta like the downside on these beat up things,,,we've probably got at the most 2 months,,tax selling left,,I don't know if I read it here or somewhere else , but a lot of these companies issued stock at much higher prices a year ago, and you can now actually buy cash at a discount by buying some of these stocks..
