That looks like a vote for Qualcomm to make subscriber devices. If it's good enough for Google and Microsoft, then it's probably a good idea for Qualcomm to vertically integrate in the hardware and software business. That's a first. Mqurice PS: Maybe somebody from Qualcomm will fix it up and return Qualcomm to previously very high standards. Qualcomm has always had extraordinarily good proof-readers.
