oh yeah right. i dont know about you but give me the young inexperienced nurse, who might be interested in taking care of the patient over the long term experienced nurse who cant be bothered anytime. nursing is not rocket science. im guessing the young nurse is much more likely to call for backup then the older nurse who is convinced she knows more than the doctors do.
