OTTAWA, Canada, Nov. 4 /CNW/ - AGISS Corporation (AGCR; NASDAQ BB) announced the acquisition of Computer Communication Systems Ltd. (CCS) and two subsidiaries, CCS Software and CCS Cabling, Ltd. with reported sales of approximately US$7.5 million. Communication Systems and its subsidiaries employ over 100 engineers and software developers at its offices throughout Poland including Warsaw, Wroclaw and Poznan with a branch office located in Munich, Germany.

CCS specializes in the development of coherent systems to run large organizations utilizing Local Area Networks and Wide Area Networks using FDDI, X.25 and ATM backbone technologies. Their prime goal is to deliver the highest quality software and hardware solutions to their clients. Computer Communication Systems was one of the first authorized IBM partners in Poland. Authorizations include: Apple, Autodesk, Compaq, 3COM, EICOM, Lotus, Microsoft, Novel, ORACLE and SAP.
