Sergio and all,

What another fun day!! You are exactly correct on the co. holding announcements until things settle down a bit. Unfortunatly, I was unable to contact the co. today, something about moving large equipment down hwy 1 :-) (This el nino thing is getting out of hand)

Will try again tomorrow.
