Joe you said the magic words---you are hassling Joe Vigliarolo. Keep it up. No one said you were "running" the company or a "director", but you do have one hell of a lot of "influence" and in matters like this it should be used. Mr. Lanza: I am still waiting for an answer to my question. "exactly what is your job as consultant to this company"? do you sharpen pencils, make coffee, tell me what you do in order to be paid what you are paid. Be specific, if you can.....for the amount you are being paid I think a detailed answer would be good. not just a couple of sentences.
