that is just awesome. congrats! I was forced to sell a stock that ive held in my regular ira for 13 years, so i now i have $9000 to invest there. any suggestions?

I'll likely follow you with a sale of my HRP preferreds. In past, the company has called in shares when they were at par. Don't like the limited upside from here; do like the yield.

I'm too concerned about the apparent lousy business environment for industrial properties to be a buyer of the common of such reits at this time. (I'm no big follower of the sector though, and my view or impressions could be wrong.)
