No. "Medicare Advantage" programs (which is where the majority of the money will come from) are NOT "Medicare". They are PRIVATE INSURANCE plans sold by private companies (Humana, United, etc.) which have been receiving HUNDREDS of BILLIONS of DOLLARS of direct subsidies, straight from Uncle Sam. Bush passed it, but it is not "Medicare"... it is corporate welfare and it's long past time we stopped the subsidies. (Never should have given all that pork to the insurance companies to begin with!) Re; "Also does the CBO estimate include the soon to be legal, illegals piling on for their share of free healthcare." No, because illegals are not covered. They are excluded.
