Well, yes. People are dying. But all I have to do is look over into the Middle East and I see American soldiers dying because of oil. I guess the comparison is tenuous, but this country's economic future will live or die based on what choices we make in this decade about our energy future. It's not good enough to just say we want to diversify away from oil. We need legislation to make it happen. That is really the only thing I want from Obama. Nothing else matters to me as much as that.
