In addition, consider the history of the site. It was the site of Schnitzer Steel and decades of pollution. The property was donated to and accepted by the city of Portland in lieu of environmental clean up costs and future liabilities to Schnitzer. LOL, John Ross the future Love Canal?

And they're STILL FCUKING BUILDING THE G*DDAMN THINGS. Exhibit A for why our insolvent banks must have their licenses pulled stat, before they pi$$ away more of the FDIC borrowings doubling down and hoping they get more out of their losing investments than if they took their lumps and got the hell out.
