its about lack of due process for a cdn listed company to defend themselves against allegations....an accusation is made and a file is opened on a company and there is a black cloud over it until it is resolved...in the meantime...no institutional funding or foreign partners as a worse case scenario.....who would want to get into bed with a cdn listed company under such circumstances......and duceppe is still a wanker ; )
