No.

The 'biggest part' of the problem is the harsh ECONOMIC FACT of excessive size and concentration and inter-linkedness in our financial system which provides the FACTUAL BASIS for *knowing* what the hard, hard effects upon the entire national economy (not to mention the reverberating effects around the globe) would be in the event of one of these financial titans on the order of an AIG or a Goldman going down unexpectedly.

It is not all 'in the minds' of the economists or politicians who FEAR this harmful effect... it is simply a clear sign of their SANITY.

Ignoring the problem of "too big to fail" will *not* make it 'go away'.
