Hi Paul -

Also looking at ADM after your earlier post. Can't figure if the results of their $500 million debt tender offer went well. The market seems to think it was not too good as the stock has sold off 6% over the last two days.

Here are the results posted for the tender with rates that vary from 57% tendered @ 6.45% (2038 maturity), 39% tendered @ 7% (2031 maturity) and 18% accepted 34% tendered 7.5% (2027). They accepted 100% of the long maturities and and only 18% of the shortest maturity (17 years). I am not too sure if they were able to buy these back at a discount but accepted everything with maturities longer than 20 years.

What's your take? Should this affect earnings?
