>>Usually, this problem is only temporary. If you wait a little while and try again, you should be able to access our website. <<

Well at least the browser dosetn crash anymore so we can retry but thi susually happens in the middle of an order entry and in the few mins the price has already gone against you most likely.

>>You should always type in the address etrade.com to access our website. <<

Hmm yea.. it still only logs you onto the first server but who cares.. Its a good point but this has failed to change/fix the problems.

>>Please always make sure that you are spelling the name of the website correctly. <<

Some of us are real stupid but not that stupid, well maybe since we still try..

198.93.33.75
204.5.38.117

These stuff should have been explained before. And even then it dosent fix all the problems. In fact it dosent fix most of the problems except those that deal with DNS and login. if it aint one problem a new one crops up. And they dont post alternate ways to get on untill a long time after the fact and on top lie to everyone. Give me a break. Acknowledging problems is the first step right now the only thing they can acknowledge is that, that I am really stupid for staying with them this long after the last fiasco.
And that should make that idiot of a customer service rep who posts in here happy.

Hahahaha!

Gee, why didn't I think of that?!

Once again, they tell us it is all our fault.

Hahahaha!

"E*Fud. Some day we will all transfer our accounts."

Yes, those ads make me want to vomit, too.
