Thank you! You said it far better than I have tried over and over to do.

There are also, I believe, restricted periods throughout the year during which insiders cannot sell stock. I've a call into ASND investor relations to see if they won't tell me what such periods are for this company.

Anyway, thanks for the fine definition of 144 sales.
