My evaluation is that the Argentine people should stick with what they know, such as making good wine along with their neighbors in Chile.

The UK desperately wants to be considered on par with the US, and now China.
Sorry, without an empire or a war to rouse spirits they have no hope.
Brits should also be content with what they do best, which is to spy on their own people looking for unlawful activity.
