Yes, this is apparently how the PDAdb site categorizes it.

However, the LG Apollo below is listed as “dual cellular operation (selectable cellular module)” . My guess is that the device will be marketed as a “world phone”---- able to be used by many carriers operating both GSM (UMTS/ 3GSM/ WCDMA / etc) and CDMA2x networks.

Note, it also states---- Windows Phone 7 series and at the higher 1300MHz speed--- probably destined for Verizon but not scheduled to be released until this September
