Hey, Steve. Thanks for the post.... I've seen you comment on IMNX and particularly IMMU, and thought about popping in to share with you that Ralph Reisfeld once got me an interview with Dr. G. for the first V.P. R&D slot.

Thanks for your comment. I'm doing math. We'll see if the multiple dose portion of the phase I program gets compressed by some sort of magic or something. Sound good?

That is, if the single dose portion took 14 months and if O-M is just now entering the multiple dose portion, then it should be quite some time until we hear about them going to phase II or, alternatively, canceling the R&D portion of the program.

Yes, I know that a single dose ascending trial can take as long as 14 months (or longer). No, I don't know that 14 months would be particularly outstanding, you're correct.

Doing math, just doing math. Let's see what the total elapsed time of the phase I program tells us about what Lief said in January. OK? In the interim, Lief's comments at JPM added nothing to what was disclosed in a PR, 16 months ago.

Best! Rick

p.s. are you "bioimmunomabman" at yahoo, arna board?

>> obviously you know nothing about clinical trials <<

Would you share with us, small molecule, the average duration of a single ascending dose portion of a phase I? If you can't come up with an average, how about just a pointer to a couple of SADs that did take 14 months or longer. Thanks, in advance.

How long can we expect the MAD to take? TIA.

Including the phase Ib portion, what could be the expected total length of the phase I program? We know that you're very comfortable with 14 months for the SAD portion. TIA.

Thanks! Rick
