Al I notice none of the naysayers responded to your post. Why? Because those plans make pretty good sense and offer pretty good choices.

Some pretty good summaries of the plans are beginning to show up on the web and frankly it's not perfect, but there is quite a bit there that makes good sense. I doubt however that the government haters will begin to show us some objectivity anytime soon...
