FYI, there are studies out recently demonstrating that the value exercise in weight management has been seriously over-rated. That has been shown to be another of those urban legends. Exercise is still important for fitness but not for weight control.

And there have been studies that are opposite. Over the short term when you exercise your appetite goes up... in the longer term (more than a year) it goes down. God is in the details (of the study).

One hour of exercise a day should be "taught by Mom" as much as brushing your teeth every day. And it will be more important in the long run.
