If this new entitlement actually "saves" money, it will be the first in history. You should have bolded this part. Remember the most recent round of BRAC for the military in 2005 was billed as the savior for saving billions and billions in unecessary costs for the Department of Defense. CBO studied it afterwards and found it actually COST the taxpayer $30B to implement, with most of the cost from new construction projects for facilities for relocated commands. Medicare fraud is rampant and yet the liberals want another Govt program, Odumblecare, where fraud will be equally as rampant. The Govt has already mismanaged Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid into the ground, but alas the stupid liberals are to be entrusted with a new Ginormous program, Odumblecare? Insanity was defined by Einstein as performing the same actions again and again and expecting a different outcome. Liberal Dems are insane!

And we have to realize that these liberals most likely presented a highly distorted set of numbers to the CBO, so naturally they'll come back with "good' news for them... BUT, far more importantly, it's doesn't matter how those numbers come out, the bill itself is complete bullshit and must not become law, it's all about obumble's ego and legacy and nothing to do with legitimate health care...
