This guy was the ultra conservative founder of the Legion of Christ who not only molested numerous boys in the seminary but apparently fathered some and then molested them. He started his org. in the 1940s and it became a powerful subconstruct within the Catholic church. So powerful they denied he did anything wrong for decades. Some of his closest allies was the current and prior popes. In fact, in 2005, a reporter questioned the current pope about this guy. In response the reporter got his hand slapped. Coincidently [or maybe not], the current pope's bro, a priest in Germany, is under attack for slapping his students one too many times.
