As Hanz and Franz say "Listen to me now understand me later".

There are many positive things going on below the surface. The
HP/Vertel relationship is not understood by investors but is
undstood by the TMN marketplace. Feedback from the
Telco Show recofirms this. Vertel/HP distanced themselves from
ISR Global & Dset. Telco co's are increasingly demanding TMN
compliance in their RFP's. This market is waking up and Vertel
should be profitable by itself.

Sonoma is the cash drain of the company. If Sonoma were to be
sold off RETX would suddenly be a profitable company and be able
to use the Sonoma cash for further investing to corner this market.
The royalty model of Vertel with marketshare dominance in the TMN
space will make this another WindRiver or Rambus.

The next key events will be to see if Vertel ships the Vertel/HP
combined product this quarter, Drazen of Sierra Ventures
excersizing his options this quarter and Sonoma annoucing some
more OEM deals.

The real picture will emerge by the TMN summit in March. I still
believe RETX will be substantially higher by then. In the meantime
I'll be sitting her with a catchers mitt buying all I can
in the 4's.
