I think a Czar in every community is Obama's goal. How else are party laws to be followed? They can also be responsible for patriotic displays, parades and the participation of the masses in the same. They can encourage all the public to come out to praise the liberation of America from the chains of the constitution. Rightful thinking is double plus good and shall be rewarded. Wrongful thinking is double plus ungood and will be equally punished. All praise Obama!
