1. Forced conversion of SCP.wt is hardly a "negative" as a $6.00 stock price for 20 days would allow exit from the warrants at a minimum of $1.75 intrinsic value & any time I can get 250% in 9 months or less makes me happy! 2. Since the current premium is very low the 9 months to maturity is a small factor - providing the stock advances, of course! I'm not trying to get anyone to go after the warrants; just thought it was worth pointing out a good LEVERAGE situation. Full details can be found here: canadianwarrants.com
