NYT puts halo on Obama, cross behind him. The Obamessiah. Who says liberals aren't religious:

Subtle Obama Imagery From the New York Times

Not content to show Obama with a halo, the New York Times is now creating images of him with a cross in the background.

Good grief. I guess the separation of church and state no longer applies when it comes to The Sainted One.

Update: Some thoughts from Doug Ross.

The White House, a tiny, nearly transparent reflection, is located below the President; it seemingly says that the man is bigger than the office. He is more real. He is more important. He is the One.

JFShepard, you said the following:

> The "one nation, under God" is definitely wrong.....

Why is it wrong? Because the phrase wasn't officially sanctioned until 1952?

By your logic, the "constitutionally-guaranteed right to an abortion" is definitely wrong because it wasn't officially sanctioned until 1973.
