Dont see how your approach would be an added benefit to the simple approach to buying gold . You end up with currency risk, counterparty risk, exchange rule risk etc...

In currency mayhem, this type of hedging may just not work at all. This is new territory and if you have any inkling that a USD devaluation (of some sort , by any other name, read the fine print type included) is afoot, i would keep it simple. I am not staying away from BM myself, but it is a very speculative, special situation type thing. No Senior BM producers for me yet. JMHO.
