What's the point of featuring the health care system of an abject poor isolated totalitarian country

Because so many leftists hold it out as an ideal solution. Of course if we go down that road ti is more useful because it is where ours will end up eventually.

Because you liberals keep telling us their system is better than or nearly as good as ours. It is ridiculous and really shows that those WHO rankings liberals love to cite are very flawed.
