Carolyn, I understand your frustration. You, along with many others, were cheated out of accurate information that would help you to make a prudent decision. This is a very hard pill to swallow because you have every right to expect accurate information from S3 but were denied that right regardless of the reason. This blunder has cost many very dearly. While management will have their excuses they should be held accountable. . .but how is the question? Good luck. Richard
