Support an audit of the Fed, something that Bernanke is fighting tooth and nail. They have never ever been audited. Hmmmmm. It's true that the Fed's direct profits from money creation are limited and turned over to the U.S. Treasury. However, the advance knowledge and information that the Fed has allows the private banks that really own the institution to reap incredible what we could insider trading benefits, to stack the deck in their Casino's favor.

We should have done away with the Fed years ago, they're completely useless and are nothing but trouble...

Much like what Pelosi plans to do with this health care bill, the Federal Reserve Act was pushed through essentially in secret.

If memory serves me right, it occurred in the middle of the night (actually, the night before Christmas) after most of Congress had left town.
