Regional Government rears its ugly head again----eventually could eliminate the 50 States. Central Planning under the titular President Barrack Hussein Obama Barry Soetoro. This is a power grab. The next question is how do these Regional Bureacracies meld into the United Nations control of waterways. Man, talk about having a direct affect on your business! look for ways to “decrease user conflicts; improve planning and regulatory efficiencies and decrease their associated costs and delays; and preserve critical ecosystem function and services.” Since it's government, you can pretty much count on them not accomplishing any of the above......
