I was talking about the bottom of the spectrum, Joe 6p who bought a house cause he was told he'll pay 1% mortgage forever, then lost his job and his house and now lives in Hooverville. What I am talking about is not a "reward", it's basic humanity. The top of the spectrum actually got golden chutes for running companies that are not even theirs (they belong to OUR pension plans!!!) into the ground. They also stole from said companies. That's where rewarding losers is, and these are real multi-million dollar rewards.
