Not so much. Cuba is a healthcare hell. They provide decent care in places that foreigners are allowed to travel. Most citizens in Cuba have very limited access to basic medical care with filthy antiquated facilities.

I take you post to mean that you are fooled by the liberal propaganda on Cuba's healthcare.
