That's an interesting point.

You are saying sales were made by a 'licensed dealer' (whether that dealer was at a gun show or not I donno, the article doesn't say does it?), and that the rules were spoofed because the purchaser was a frontman who then resold? Is that right?

OK... but I don't think I EVER SAID anything about "intrastate transfer" of anything. (Nor did I say that sales were made by a 'dealer' or not....) I just guessed that perhaps they were made at a 'gun show' (where, correct me if I'm wrong here, there is no waiting period and no background checks, right?)
