I don't know what evidence any particular Judge might accept. Surely in every case there are some compelling challenges. In these related complaints I have only seen political dodges ;^) Lack of standing etc.

One Judge even cited "I saw it on the internet" regarding his birth certificate. LMAO! Lets be real, which judge wants a parade of communists protesting around their court house? Obama would have to lose more popularity prior to a case being considered.

So far, I have seen no evidence which would get the case past a Motion for Summary Judgement

The evidence isn't there because Obama is withholding the evidence. Do remember that he sealed access to information about him within 24 hours of being installed as the titular President.

Real not-transparency----real not-change----why is he not showing the evidence?

He and his Dems can produce 1000 plus pages for Obamacare but he has yet to produce the official documents requested by the American Citizens.
